1) Part 1st floor, 71 Grey Street letting to P&HS Architects at £25.00 psf
2) Part 6th floor, 1 Citygate letting to UBS AG at £26.00 psf
3) 4,521 & 2,562 sq ft lettings to Haskonning and Cannacord Genulty respectively at Strawberry Lane at £30.00 psf.
We also review take up and supply and compare year-on-year.
