Extending to 20,185 sq ft across two floors, and they join an impressive roster of occupiers at the building, including Handelsbanken, UBS, Burnetts Solicitors, and Health Innovation North East and Cumbria.

Landlord Britannia Invest A/S undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of both floors prior to occupation, completing a full de-gas, installing new electrical and M&E services, and delivering a stunning roof terrace to complement the workspace.
