That depth of intelligence is what allows us to move quickly and negotiate effectively for our clients, whether they’re a landlord trying to fill a building or a business looking for their next office.
Our Story
Parker Knights was founded by chartered surveyor Michael Downey, who has spent 14 years as an office agent in the North East. After years working in the market, Michael set up Parker Knights with a clear aim – to offer a genuinely specialist, locally focused approach to office agency, combined with the ability to embrace technology and innovation in a way that larger, more traditional firms often can’t.
Our Team
Right now Parker Knights is a tight team – Michael and Carolyn – which means clients get direct access to experienced people on every instruction. As we grow, our ambition is to take that same specialist approach to office markets beyond the North East.
