Experience
John leads Parker Knights’ Investment Agency and Development team with a particular emphasis on new build out of town mixed use schemes and city centre student developments.
John acts for NHS Property Services, Newcastle City Council, Nexus, Dorset County Pension Fund, Endeavour Property Group, Gainford Group, Omnia Group and Adderstone.
Recent Projects
- Endeavour Group in relation to full consultation from design and build to disposal of 24 out of town hybrid units in County Durham.
- Dorset County Pension Fund in relation to pitch and disposal of city centre student accommodation for redevelopment.
- Acquisition of strategic free land on behalf of Eco Nest and purchased from Newcastle City Council which will help bring forward much needed regeneration on the east city fringe.
