Parker Knights were appointed joint agent on the vacant three floors extending to 20,000 sq ft in 2022. The Landlord invested 7 figures into the refurbishment scheme to include externals, reception, common parts and floorplates.
The building was 75% let ahead of practical completion with the remaining 25% let within 6 months following practical completion.
New headline rents for the building were set ranging from £24.00 to £32.00psf with a mix of CAT A and CAT B suites offered.
A blend of strong covenants were delivered on a strong asset and a great result for our client Catella APAM.
We delivered the scheme to include sustainability credentials with an amenity rich environment which was key to attracting the new tenants.
